Core features

Vitals & weight logging

Jot down heart rate, blood pressure, SpO₂, and temperature, and pair them with your morning weight to see trends at a glance.

Fluid balance

Log intake, water content from food, urine, and other output, and get your daily net difference calculated automatically.

Medication check-in

Build a medication list from your prescription, get timely reminders, check in with one tap, and keep a full dose-change history.

Deterministic alerts

Triggered by fixed rules (e.g. weight up > 2kg over 3 days, SpO₂ < 90%). No AI involved, so results are predictable.

Reports & PDF export

Turn continuous data into daily and monthly reports plus a PDF, so your doctor can get up to speed quickly at a visit.

Science articles

Human-reviewed heart-failure explainers, each citing authoritative sources such as the ESC, AHA, and Chinese HF guidelines.

Voice input

Press and hold to speak and log quickly. Recognition runs on-device, and you confirm each item before saving — handy when your hands are full.

Offline sync & end-to-end encryption

Record offline and sync incrementally once connected. Sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and traffic uses TLS.

All ages & caregivers

Heart failure doesn't only affect older adults. SteadyHeart works for patients of any age — from children with congenital heart disease, through working-age adults, to the elderly — with a way of recording that fits each of them.

Caregivers are important users too. With permission, family members can record and view data on a patient's behalf. Minors are managed by a guardian who confirms the guardianship; when a family member manages an adult patient, the proxy authorization and the patient's (or legal representative's) consent are confirmed. Consent and authorization can be updated at any time as the patient's capacity changes, and permission boundaries stay clear throughout.

Privacy & trust

Your health data is treated as sensitive personal information. When you first use the app, we ask for separate consent covering what health data is collected, why, and how it is stored — rather than burying it in a blanket agreement.

Data is encrypted on-device, transmitted over TLS end to end, and sensitive fields are encrypted at the field level in the cloud. You can export your data at any time, and request deletion of your account and all records. We do not sell your data.
