Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SteadyHeart account and all associated health data at any time. This page explains how to delete in the app, and how to request deletion by email if you cannot sign in. You can read it without logging in.
Delete in the app
If you can still sign in, we recommend deleting directly in the app:
- Open the SteadyHeart app;
- Go to Profile (My / Settings);
- Select Account & Security;
- Tap Delete account;
- Follow the prompt to confirm and complete the deletion.
Deletion path: Profile (My / Settings) → Account & Security → Delete account → Confirm (Profile → Delete account).
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account, profile, and all health records, including weights, vitals, intake and output, medications, lab results, ECG files, hospitalizations, reports, voice logs, and insights.

What may be retained
After deletion, we no longer use your health data for any purpose. In limited cases, anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you, and records that laws or regulations expressly require us to keep, may be retained briefly.
Timeline
We process deletion requests promptly and remove your data from production systems as soon as possible. To keep our systems reliable, copies on backup media are overwritten or deleted within a short purge window (typically within 30 days).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in or use the app, you can also request deletion by email.
Request deletion by email: Send your request to steadyheart@keephealthy.work and identify the mobile phone number registered to the account. Do not include verification codes, passwords, or health records in the email.
To protect your account, we verify your identity through additional steps and then delete your data once verified. Support hours are weekdays 9:00–18:00 (GMT+8), and we reply within 48 hours.
For how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
